Cascara is the husk of the coffee bean, an ideal tea to replace your afternoon coffee.
Simmer 100ºC | 8–10 min
For single serve, add one heaped teaspoon of Cascara Coffee Cherry Tea to one and a half cup of water and bring to the boil on the stovetop. Lower heat immediately and simmer for 8–10 min. Serve in a teacup.
Tip: your brew is best when simmering has reduced the liquid quantity by a third.
